I tried running Everest and got nowhere, the only thing it would tell me was Sorted the ethernet controller, went into c: QuinStreet does not include all companies or all types of products available in the marketplace. Also, they do not want to know because I have loaded a different OS than what it was sold with, ie I went from 32 bit to 64 bit.
